Returns Policy - your Guarantee

However, you may return any unused items inside their original packaging within 28 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked! We will also pay the return postage (standard postage charges only) if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item). You should expect a refund within two to three weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the required time for us to receive your return item (3 to 10 working days, depending on your location), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 working days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that you must obtain, and notify us of, trackable proof of you return parcel, such as an International Tracking number (example: AB123456789GB), in order for us to be able to accept and process your refund.

Both methods of payment offer secure internet connections ('https:// encryption') and accept all major Credit / Debit Cards. We will update you with any changes, or when we introduce additional methods of payments.

International Shipping (outside UK & EEA) – Optional Express Delivery
We can ship to most countries in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an international order, or if you would like optional Express Delivery, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider (courier) you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the international shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be provided upon request. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Currency Conversions
Conversion rates for those international currencies supported by this site are provided by a third party and are normally updated daily. However, we cannot guarantee that those are correct. Please notify us if you feel that a rate has been calculated wrongly by providing us with the relevant evidence.
